A wide-angle view shows construction beginning to look more like a bridge. With the deck pour complete, workers are beginning to work on the exterior concrete forms and the freeway leading to the bridge deck. The completed deck also allows the removal of the temporary forms and steel girders used for a working platform for early construction.
