“Bridge Closed” sign failed to work

Despite several “Bridge Closed” signs and barriers at the entrance to the Main Street Bridge construction site, the newly finished bridge deck is an inviting path to some drivers who drive past and around safety barriers looking for a faster path to Uptown Westerville. Here a driver smiles as she is redirected the way she came instead of crossing the bridge while it is still closed.
