Cable attachment

A worker attaches a cable to the top of a steel girder driven into the ground inside the eastern coffer dam at the Main Street Bridge. A second worker will cut the excess length from the  girder near the bottom of the dam. The worker at the top of the dam signals a crane operator to removed the unneeded section from inside the dam space to clear the dam floor for more work installing pilings.
