Welder demonstrates the cutting torch he uses to cut steel beams driven into the ground beneath Alum Creek at the beginning of construction for the new bridge. The beams were used as part of the temporary structure used to hold platforms for workers to build the bridge. The welder cuts the beams off at the bottom of Alum Creek.
